This year's IVOA Meeting will be held from Sunday 19th - Friday 24th May at Macquarie University's Wallumattagal campus. The meeting will be held in hybrid mode with the aim of maximising the benefits of in-person attendance, whilst still delivering an equally valuable experience to those who join remotely. Please indicate if you wish to join in-person or online on the registration form.
Participants acknowledge and agree to adhere to the established Code of Conducts for this event. We expect all attendees to conduct themselves in a respectful manner, fostering an environment that is inclusive, free from harassment, discrimination, or any form of disruptive behaviour. Participants are required to treat others with courtesy and respect diverse opinions and perspectives. Any violation of this Code of Conduct may result in appropriate actions, including but not limited to, warning, expulsion from the event without refund, or being barred from future participation. All attendees are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the Code of Conduct and contribute to creating a safe and welcoming environment for everyone involved in this event.
