Please note – we will automatically take care of security and maintenance for your research site, ensuring the latest security patches and upgrades to protect against any vulnerabilities that can be exploited in attacks. We will fix any bugs identified in the website within 30 days from the official handover date (bugs are defined as errors or malfunctions that prevent the website from functioning according to the agreed-upon specifications and requirements), unless the contract specifies a different timeframe for bug fixes. Any additional work requested that is beyond the scope of the initial agreement will require a re-scoping process and may be subject to additional fees.
